Hello! I'm Joe Scuteri, a dedicated licensed realtor with a deep passion for helping families find their dream homes. Born and raised in Brooklyn, I moved to Staten Island's charming Prince's Bay neighborhood in 1999 with my loving wife to raise our two beautiful daughters. My instinct always told me that Staten Island was the perfect place for our family's happiness and safety, and the warm, welcoming community and excellent schools have made it an ideal place for our daughters to grow up and make lifelong friends.

Since becoming a licensed realtor in 2005, my mission has been to assist families in achieving the same dream that my realtor helped me realize six years earlier. Whether it's finding a dream home or navigating the complexities of selling a property, I pride myself on getting the job done and ensuring my clients are satisfied with the biggest transactions of their lives.

In 2023 I was awarded the Accredited Buyer’s Representation (ABR®) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR). As an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®), I’ve dedicated myself to specializing in the buyer’s side of real estate, and that means I have the knowledge and commitment to help first-time homebuyers, seasoned buyers, investors, or buyers looking for a unique home that fits their specific needs or vision. I’m here to make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

In addition to my real estate career, I am a passionate supporter of Autism research and have organized and run numerous fundraisers to raise awareness and support across New York City. I hold a bachelor's degree in accounting and marketing, which provides me with a well-rounded skill set to support both my professional and philanthropic endeavors.
